可尔必思土司 Calpis Loaf

第一次做的可尔必思土司,喜欢!!!!
喜欢它圆圆的。。。虽然不完美~

土司的切面。。。

第一次接触可尔必思是看到网友咪咪拿来做小餐包。然后陆续一直有看到其他网友也作了这一款面包。网友们都形容说好好吃~ 让我贪吃贪玩的因子又蠢蠢欲动!不过可尔必思这玩意儿可不是那么好买,我家附近这里的日本超市伊势丹没有买,得特地去市区那一家日本超市明治屋才能买得到~

苦等时机,终于让我等到了!嘿嘿~ 两周前因为参加婚宴,回到家累得不想做晚饭,约了河马爸去市区逛街看圣诞灯,哈哈哈哈~ 趁机就把这珍贵的可尔必思带回来,还带回了家里缺货好一阵子的米麴回来,开心!

第二次的土司,比较喜欢第一次的。。。

面包组织。。。顺便让可尔必思出场,呵呵~

面包组织,我家土司的底部常常这样。。。
不过该死的我竟然忘了在第一时间用它来作土司~ 习惯性做了宝春大师的金牌,其实边做心理边觉得那里不对劲,等到想起来,金牌已经在最后发酵了,囧。只好再等一週咯。。。

揉面时有一股淡淡清新的酸奶味,好好闻,而且这个食谱面团柔软性好好。我自己还多加了液体(牛奶)的分量。出来的成品我很喜欢,口感带有嚼劲,而且有一股香香淡淡的味道。面包到了第二天还是很湿润,很柔软,是值得收藏的食谱之一。

It's been awhile since this recipe appear to me, a few of my facebook friend made it and rave highly about this recipe. So I was very curious how delicious this bread is, Calpico is not available to me at the nearest supermarket, so when I get the chance to make a trip down to Meidi-ya, I definitely have to grab one! (and regret after step out from the supermarket. LOL!!!!!)

Indeed the dough is soft and very easy to handle despite I added extra milk to the dough.

I had the bread plain as it really taste so good on its own! I specially love the chewiness of the bread, and I have to stop myself at 2nd slice for not munching the whole loaf away!
