柠香手撕咖啡蛋糕 - 其实是面包 Lemon-Scented Pull-Apart Coffee Cake (Flo Braker)

手撕面包,我很喜欢!因为懒人喜欢给予方便的所以人、事、物!哈哈哈哈哈~
参差不齐的面包顶部,好特别!
一片一片撕开来就能吃了!

不用刀子切,不用担心切口不平整,成品难以上台面。棒!不用伤脑筋今天的土司应该搭配什么,赞!呵呵呵呵~ 懒人懒到出汁~

书签这个食谱好一阵子了,碰巧看到Zoe上了这个食谱,本来要用来做柠檬塔的柠檬也还在冰箱里原封不动,就跟风动手弄一弄。

原食谱的粉类和液体比例应该不太适合用在亚洲一带出产的面粉,我用了比原食谱多65g的面粉才勉强让面团不粘手,我看了Lena 的文,似乎也有同样的问题,不过察看其他一样做过同样食谱的欧美国家的博客,却似乎没有这样的问题。



记得去年因为某商场特价,我也入手了一些欧美品牌的面粉,操作起来和我们惯用的牌子真的不一样。所以要试做这个食谱的朋友,要多花一点时间和心思观察面团的变化,才能找到适合自己面粉的液体比例哦!

  5. hi hippomama, sorry for coming by late. that's true, the dough was not that comfortable to handle but after proofing, it got better. Different flours hv different absorption rate, me too hv added a couple more tbsps of flour. Glad that you made and joined us in making this pull apart bread.. thx very much!
