松软南瓜小蛋糕 Pumpkin Cakes

这两周我一直在思考写部落格这件事。我写部落格,最大的因素是方便自己找回做过的食谱。

就在一周前,我所参与的烘焙组群发生了一件让人很沮丧的事。其中一位组员发表了(我个人觉得很专制也很无礼)的言论,她说看见组群里有好些人在群里发表作品,却又不愿意分享食谱,是很自私的行为,事情凡是有两面,这样的留言当然有人赞有人弹,在组群引发了一场风波,有同意者还起哄说要是不分享食谱就“杯葛”这些人,不要为这些人的作品按赞。姑且不论为什么不愿意分享食谱和做法,难道发表作品就一定要分享食谱和做法吗?什么时候这两件事变成等号了?


我是个局外人,这样的事情也不是一天两天了,组群加入得多了,什么样的人和事都能让你碰上,还真是无其不有。只是每每发生这样的事,还是让人觉得心里不舒服。有些人哪,往往就打着正义的旗号干着一些乱七八糟的事。

最近天气热得要人命,我每天只想用最短的时间将隔天的早餐弄好。以免被自家厨房的热气焗到中暑。这款南瓜小蛋糕我贪的就是快捷简单,而且营养满分!不过应该是我的南瓜里的水分太多了然后又没有烤得很透,考好的蛋糕没有蓬蓬的,还带一点湿度,口感比较象糕,不过味道还是很赞唷!

    hope those unhappy series will wiped away, i am the out siders, its sad to see things like this happen. We have freedom do do what we want, as long as we dont hurt anyone., then its okay. People shouldnt gang up and accuse someone who didnt even do anything wrong. Hope this will be over. lets talk about ur cake..its nice and fluffy, bonus is pumpkin flavour, nice nice...natural golden yellow colour...kids would love it as much as we do too.thanks for sharing

    1. Thanks Jong~ there are too many kind of people in this world... We can't really control how people thinks, but it is really sad to see such incident akways happen around us.
      Anyway, I am just whining for "fun", hahahahah~ Whine and continue to be postive! HAHAHAHA~

  3. 河马妈,大概2年前我也活跃在这些面书的组群里,就发现时常有这种“吵架”的事情,后来,渐渐的,不想去组群里了。。。和你一样,经营部落格是为了要方便自己而已。。。
    哈哈哈,不多说了。我们一起吃蛋糕,你请我吃。

    1. Jozelyn, 是啊~ 我也大概活跃了两年,哪一个组群出事我就停止在那一个组群分享,最近算是看破红尘,都不分享了~ 哈哈哈哈~ 以前我还会自以为很正义的指责这些“坏人”,结果差一点被口水淹死,大难不死,要看得开啦~ 哈哈哈哈哈~
