杏仁塔 Frangipane Tart (Almond Tart)

这是给网友阿豆简单的生日礼物。因为最近整个进入“派/塔”模式。。。所以弄派或塔成功率一定比较高,哈哈哈哈~

第一次弄,所幸最后一分钟找到杰米。奥立弗(Jamie Oliver) 的食谱,果然很赞,受到大家的喜欢,真的感恩。*抹汗*


这个塔皮属于比较“脆弱”型的,不能擀太薄哦。我弄了这个6"心型的,还剩一些塔皮,就想说弄成四个3"的小塔,可以另外烤了留给孩子做点心,出炉后还没有从模子里挪出来就碎了两个,另外两个。。。收进盒子的时候,我轻轻振了桌面一下,也碎了。。。*泪*

馅料是根据我的心型6"做调整的分量。有剩下一些些,应该可以配合塔皮的份量直接做成8"圆型的一个哦。



I am totally in pie & tart mode since early last week, so decided to made this Frangipane Tart as a birthday gift for my friend, Jesslyn. We had a mini celebration at her office on her birthday afternoon. The tart received very good feedback, all thanks to Jamie Oliver! I got this recipe online at very last minutes, while I am waiting for my tart shell to be ready. I decided to switch to this recipe shared here. The whole recipe looks so good! I shall replicate the whole recipe again soon!
